Once a deposit has been placed we take this as the first step in the process and we cannot offer a refund.

If you cannot attend the course you have booked for a specific date, we will hold your deposit and offer you a list of start dates at a later time that you can attend.

If you have paid a deposit, but not the final instalment, for a course in one location but later decide to take a course in a different location, we can rearrange the courses. If the course deposit is higher than the previous course you booked, we will require the additional fee. If the course is less than the previous course we will reimburse you the fee, minus the transaction fee.

Once the final payment for a course has been paid you cannot change course or location. You may change the date of your course in the case of an emergency.

Any changes to the course start date must be made 15 days before the beginning of the course.

If we believe you to be using our courses solely as a way to enter a country for you to then quit and demand a refund, you will not receive a refund.

If you fail your course, you will not receive a refund. 

If you are removed from any program for indecent activities such as abuse of alcohol and drugs, infringement of rights and welfare or disrupting the course and ruining the enjoyment of others, you will not receive a refund.
